Your Role as a Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative at Oak & Rocks, you’ll play a key role in our expansion across North America. You’ll work closely with businesses looking for top-tier web solutions, helping them find the perfect fit for their needs.
Here’s what you’ll do: ✔ Engage with businesses across North America and identify potential clients ✔ Close inbound hot leads, with 4-6 pre-booked sales meetings daily ✔ Negotiate and close deals ranging from $2,000 to $20,000+ ✔ Identify upsell and renewal opportunities to increase client lifetime value ✔ Report directly to our Head of Sales based in Montreal
What We’re Looking For
We believe in hiring professionals who are driven, coachable, and eager to succeed. If you have: ➡ At least 2 years of B2B sales experience selling business services or similar ➡ A proven track record of closing deals between $2,000 and $20,000 ➡ An ambitious, competitive mindset with a drive to succeed ➡ Fluency in English (French is a plus!)
